Meet Your Coach:

Susan M. Barber

I help business leaders to play bigger, increase their visibility and finally, shine a light on their leadership strengths so they can be seen! This puts them in front of people who will now consider them for new opportunities and positions them to elevate their position in the workplace.

I bring strong business knowledge to the coaching and consulting work that I do from my 25+ years of leadership experience in Sales, Supply Chain and IT from Kraft Heinz.

I believe that my role as a coach is to create a trusted safe space to allow my clients the freedom to be vulnerable and open to help shift their old beliefs that aren't serving them into new beliefs that transform their life and career.

I have helped hundreds of leaders successfully learn how to trust themselves, create impactful actions, increase their confidence, and achieve new possibilities for their career and leadership. Each of these leaders went through a transformation that amplified their voices which resulted in promotions, positive changes in their careers, increased belief in themselves, and shifted how they showed up personally and professionally!

Who exactly is the Amplify You Program for?

Leaders who are looking to level up their leadership, be visible, use their voice and increase their confidence. This program helps you in all of these areas professionally, but it also supports you in your personal life too. If you want to amplify yourself in a bigger way as a business leader and accelerate your career you will benefit from being part of this program!

Is this only a coaching program?

No! Think of The Amplify You Program as a multi-dimensional experience. This program combines strategy, mentorship, coaching and community with an exclusive feel – to help you unlock who you are as a leader so you can be confident and play bigger. Calls will consist of a mix of workshops, co-working, networking, Q&A, fun activities, tips and tools.

What is the time commitment?

One hour each week for a session on Thursdays at 6pm cst and some time in between to work on your plan and action steps!

Will I have lifelong access to Amplify You?

This is a 12-month program. Sign up for a year and renew after 12 months if you want continued support!

What if I can't make it to a session?

Each session will be held live whenever possible. The sessions will be recorded and you can watch the replays at your leisure...but it will make a bigger impact if you are there for the conversations!
